The “Inside-Out” Self-Care Retreat

The “Inside-Out” Self-Care Retreat:
Balancing self-care, patient-care, and holism within
the hospice and home health nursing roles.
The first retreat sponsored by Catholic Charities
Community Health Services to honor the healer within
us and the divine paths we have chosen to help
others.  This retreat is offered to educate health care
practitioners and nurses in incorporating alternative
and complementary mind/body/ spirit approaches into
conventional nursing practices, while nurturing and
caring for the self.

Time:  8:30 am – 4:00 pm (Registration 8:00-8:30am)

Cost: $70.00 (Early bird registration cost)
