There is no secret that the mind is powerful beyond
our wildest dreams.  We only use a fraction of our
minds on a daily basis.  However, our thoughts, our
goals, our actions have an amazing way of
connecting to our health, our well-being, our
success in daily living.  How do we achieve balance
and achieve the goals and desires of our heart?  We
must become partners with our mind.  The way to
achieve this, is to understand the mind and form a
partnership with it.  Hypnosis is a tool that helps
establish that partnership.  Hypnotherapy is a
technique that allows an individual's subconscious
and conscious minds to come together to achieve a
common goal for the individual.


A FEW COMMON MYTHS OF HYPNOSIS
